SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
FOR FULL WEEKEND PARTICIPANTS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

8:00 am: Meet at Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo (25300 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070) for coffee and donuts.

9:00 am: Depart for a tour to Bend. More info to come, but expect small roads, but big fun.

2:00 - 4:30 pm: Beer car wash, located at Residence Inn of Bend (500 SW Bond St.), car wash supplies donated by Jim Domings of Dad's Detail.

5:00 - 6:30 pm: Festival Registration/check-in is from 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Crux Fermentation Project (50 SW Division St, Bend).

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

8:30 - 9:30 am: Placement of cars at the Deschutes Historical Museum, Bend, Oregon (may be subject to frost delay). PLEASE NOTE: The first 50 or so cars will be parked on the grass. Parking will be from 8:30 - 9:30 am. The rest of the group will be parked on contiguous asphalt. We are currently planning on having Idaho street blocked off if city permits are granted. Being downtown will give you easy access to coffee shops and restaurants and shopping.

10:00 am: Oregon Festival of Cars opens. Music by Dan Balmer Trio; ballots for People's Choice Award available to all spectators. (Voting closes at 2:00 pm).

2:30 am: On-field awards presentation.

3:00 pm: Oregon Festival of Cars closes.

6:00 - 9:00 pm: Thanks to Ric Tiplady, we are holding the Festival Banquet at the Bend Golf Club. This is the historic Bend golf course, and has been recently updated and remodeled into a premier event facility. We will have reserved parking and great food in beautiful surroundings. Plus, since we will be in an indoors banquet setting, we can all look forward to the usual Festival Banquet program that always surprises!

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

8:50 am: Info to come. Sunday Tour and lunch designed by German Master Tech.

FINE PRINT ABOUT THE GRASS
Please keep in mind that space on the grass is limited. While we will be sure to maintain appropriate spacing between cars, we will not be able to leave any driveway space. That means that, if you are parked on the grass, you will not be able to leave before the end of the Festival, when all the cars depart in organized fashion. If time will be critical for you, please chose not to park on the grass.
